This Molecule Garden aims to assist in the interactive learning of molecules for three-dimensional atomic models, along with codes for compiling specific observations, colors, calculations, varied rendering of atomic structures, and animation, among others.
The Garden contains specimens distributed into arbitrary classes, intentionally listed to encourage learning about atomic models with the tool. They are as follows:
